Daydreaming and I'm thinking of you!

Ah...my first post.

The journey has officially begun. We are ready to get rid of our condo and search for the home of our dreams. I figured that I'd blog about this since this whole process is on heavy rotation in my mind. It can be a bit annoying talking about the same thing to the same people who are not like minded. So...if you are in the same boat...let's talk about it.

My hubby and I have been married for 3 1/2 years. We moved into our condo in 2007. At the time it was perfect for us. 2 bedroom, 1 bath. I gave birth to our son in April of 2010. He is the JOY of our lives. Now that he is walking around and terrorising our home lol, the walls are slowly closing in on ME! I need space and I need it real soon in the near future. Why do you ask? I'll gladly tell ya! We are planning to start on our next child REALLY soon.

I am totally in love with the beechtree town homes in Upper Marlboro Md. I don't know if its the closed in community that makes you feel like you are apart of a secret society or just the openness of the town home that makes it feel like its a single family home. Whatever it is...I. AM. SOLD.

I was searching to see if anyone had blogged about their home buying process within the beechtree community and I found this realtor who had a blog that mention the community. After reading post after post I realized that this lady might be the lady I need in my life to help me get rid of my condo and into our dream home. I will be contacting her tonight and I'll share how things went.

This whole process is a bit scary. I wonder how much house we can get...I wonder when and how I'll be able to sell my condo. SHEEEEEEESH. This economy sucks majorly. But I will get my dream home. I have faith and when I mix my faith with God's works, EVERYTHING will work out. It's time to make this dream a reality. Until then...I'll keep on daydreaming.
